Melissa
Melissa began her yoga journey in 2020, developing a deep passion that led her to complete teacher training in Rishikesh, India - the yoga capital. Her extended stay due to the pandemic lockdown gave her the unique opportunity to fully immerse in traditional yogic practices. She emphasizes the holistic connection of mind, body, and spirit, viewing yoga as a path to enlightenment.As the founder of Flow to Restore, a yoga and surf retreat, Melissa guides pre-surf and beach yoga sessions. She has brought her teaching to various locations, including Ormoc, Cebu, Siargao, and Siquijor. Her classes blend traditional practices like Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation with modern insights, guiding students toward mindfulness and inner peace.

Rooted in the rhythms of nature and the spirit of the sea, Camille embodies a life of balance, healing, and soulful connection. Her journey began in India, where she became a certified yoga teacher in 2012, and has since unfolded into a deep exploration of reiki, Tibetan sound healing, and conscious breathwork.Now based in the serene surf town of Baler, Aurora, Camille shares her passion through holistic wellness sessions, nourishing plant-based meals, and her heart-led business, Soulfree PH, where she crafts crystal malas and healing beads. She also leads the wellness offerings at Kahanamoku Bed & Breakfast—infusing every class, ritual, and meal with intention.A devoted wife, mother, and surfer, Camille lives in harmony with the ocean and the slow rhythms of coastal life. Whether she’s guiding a breathwork circle, flowing through sunrise yoga, or catching waves, she invites others to return to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
Our package is all inclusive:
- - If you need transportation to and from the airport, the cost is 16,000 PHP.
- - If you do not require transportation to and from the airport, the cost is 13,200 PHP.
You have two options:
- 1. Pay in full at the time of registration.
- 2. Pay half at the time of registration and the remaining balance by April 25, 2025.
Due to the financial commitments we have for planned events and vendor costs, our policy is as follows:
- - Cancellations made prior to April 25, 2025, will be eligible for a refund after a 20% cancellation fee is applied.
- - Cancellations made after April 25, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
